Privacy notice

Last updated 23 October 2026

Rollin Fatties IT Services is run by Brett Sehannie in Gauteng. This notice explains what happens to the details you send me through this website, WhatsApp or email.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send: your name and business name, cellphone number, email address if you give it, and what you need help with.

What I use it for

• To reply to your request and send you a quote.
• If you become a client, to build and look after your website, send invoices and remind you about renewals.

I don't sell your details, add you to marketing lists or share them with anyone, except where a service needs them to do its job (see below) or the law requires it.

Where it's stored

Quote requests are collected by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and emailed to me. They're also kept in my email and WhatsApp. If you become a client, your domain registration details are passed to the domain registrar, as the .co.za rules require.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client, and invoices for the period tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask to see the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Send a WhatsApp or email and I'll sort it out.
